Converting Audio & Artwork for Online Stores

Many stores have strict requirements for audio and cover art uploads. If you’re getting an error message trying to upload your assets, follow these simple steps to convert your files properly.

🎨 Artwork Requirements

• File type: JPG/JPEG
• Dimensions: 3000 x 3000 pixels (exact square)
• File size: Under 10MB

How to check image size:

• Windows: Right-click the image → Properties → Details
• Mac: Right-click → Get Info → See Dimensions

If your image is smaller than 3000x3000:

1. Go to resizenow.com
2. Upload your image
3. Set size to 3000 x 3000
4. Download and verify the quality
5. Upload it as your cover art

🎵 Audio Requirements

• Format: .WAV (uncompressed audio)
• Stereo, minimum 16-bit resolution
• 44.1kHz sample rate
• File size: Under 250MB
• ANS Music accepts high-res WAV (e.g., 24bit MFiT – Mastered for iTunes)

Using iTunes

1. Download and open iTunes
2. Go to Preferences → Import Settings → Choose WAV Encoder
3. Import your song and convert using: File → Convert → Create WAV Version
4. Locate and upload the converted file

Using Online Audio Converter

1. Visit audio.online-convert.com
2. Upload file or import from Dropbox/Drive
3. Set: Bit = 16bit, Sample Rate = 44100Hz, Channels = Stereo
