Refund Policy

Company: ANS Enterprise LLC (including ANS Music and affiliated entities)

At ANS Music, we are committed to providing high-quality digital music and video distribution services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refund requests.


1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of our services—including but not limited to music/video distribution, publishing, monetization setup, and copyright management—all sales are final and non-refundable once the service is initiated or delivered.

2. Subscription & Platform Fees

All subscription fees (e.g., for dashboard access, analytics tools, API access) are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription anytime, but you will not receive a refund for any unused period.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

  • A service was purchased but never delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error and verified by our support team.

  • A distribution request was canceled before processing or delivery to any digital platform.

Please note: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Full Name

  • Email associated with your ANS Music account

  • Invoice or transaction ID

  • Reason for your refund request

Our finance team will review and respond within 7 business days.

5. No Refunds for Takedown or Content Removal

Refunds will not be issued for takedown requests or content removals unless ANS Music fails to take appropriate action after a valid claim has been submitted.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated through your payment provider without contacting us first, your account may be suspended and all services paused. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly for resolution.
