Terms & Conditions - ISRC generation

I hereby agree to the Terms & Conditions related to the use of this ISRC-generation service, in accordance to the IFPI "International ISRC Agency Bulletin 2009/03 UPDATE: Approval of ISRC Managers to assign ISRC".

By confirming in the ANS Music Backstage that a track has not been previously issued an ISRC and that you need ANS Music to generate one, you hereby agree that:

you authorise ANS Music Digital to generate your ISRC codes, in accordance with articles 3.1.1 & 3.2.2 of the aforementioned Bulletin.
you have not previously generated an ISRC for this track
you will use this new code for registration purposes with any collective rights societies
the ISRC codes generated by ANS Music will have FR as Country Code, according to article 4.2 of the aforementioned Bulletin.
ANS Music will put these codes at your disposal in your ANS Music Backstage ISRC code inventory, according to article 3.1.4 of the aforementioned Bulletin.
