1. Benefits of Linking Your YouTube Channel to ANS Music's CMS/MCN or our partners (service providers, like Merlin, Revelator's CMS/MCN)

By linking your YouTube channel to ANS Music’s MCN, you will receive the following benefits:

1. Content Focus: 100% of the content must be music-related.
2. Ownership: At least 95% of the content must be original and fully owned by you.

2. Conditions for Linking Your YouTube Channel

To be eligible to join ANS Music's CMS/MCN or our partners (service providers, like Merlin, Revelator's CMS/MCN), you must meet the following criteria:
1. Content Focus: 100% of the content must be music-related.
2. Ownership: At least 95% of the content must be original and fully owned by you. Reuploads of existing content are not permitted unless you hold full rights.
3. YouTube Criteria: You must meet YouTube’s acceptance requirements.
4. Monetization Compliance: You must adhere to YouTube’s monetization guidelines.
5. Ownership & Monitoring: Every channel must be registered with ANS Music’s email (akash.sarker@ansmusiclimited.com) for monitoring purposes.

3. Conditions for Maintaining Your YouTube Channel in ANS Music’s MCN

3.1 Copyright Strike Policy
1. Avoiding Copyright Strikes:
* Ensure that all uploaded content is legally owned by you.
* If a third party claims one of your videos:
* If you fully own the rights, submit a DMCA notice to YouTube.
* If you do not own the rights, accept the claim or remove the video.
* For complex cases, contact ANS Music immediately for guidance.
2. Consequences of Copyright Strikes:
* One Strike: Your channel will be unlinked, and you will be blocked from linking new channels for 60 days.
* More Than One Strike (Within 90 Days): All your channels will be unlinked, and you may be permanently blocked from linking channels. 3.2 YouTube Partner Program (YPP) Requirements
1. Unless explicitly cleared by ANS Music, you must apply for YPP within 3 months of linking your channel.
2. Your YPP application must be approved on the first attempt.
3. If you own multiple channels, at least 75% must be YPP-approved before ANS Music will allow additional channel linkages. 3.3 Compliance with YouTube’s Policies
1. You may not manipulate monetization by using music intros/outros improperly.
2. You may not purchase placements in third-party content, including TV series, news broadcasts, anime, and sports clips.
3. Violations of YouTube’s policies may result in permanent Content ID removal and withheld royalties. 3.4 Activity Requirements
To remain part of ANS Music’s MCN, you must perform at least two of the following activities per month: Upload and publish a video.
1. Perform a live stream.
2. Post a reel.
3. Create a playlist.
4. Comment on your channel as the Channel Owner.
5. Comment on another channel as your Channel.
6. Create a community post.

4. Fees & Revenue Share

1. ANS Music retains a 25% revenue share from YouTube earnings.
2. A different rate may be negotiated for high-earning channels.

5. Payment Terms

1. Payments are made on a two-month cycle (e.g., January earnings are paid in March).
2. Payments are only made via Bangladeshi bank transfer in BDT currency.
3. The minimum payout threshold is $50.
4. All taxes and VAT are the responsibility of the channel owner.

6. Termination & Unlinking

1. ANS Music reserves the right to unlink your channel at any time if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
2. If the channel owner wishes to unlink their channel from the MCN, they must provide a 3-month prior notice.
3. If the channel owner violates any terms of this Agreement or YouTube’s policies, ANS Music reserves the right to take legal action and impose fines as compensation.
