Conditions for Linking Your Channel

  • • Content Focus: 100% of the content must be strictly music-related.
    • Ownership: At least 95% of the content must be original and fully owned by you.
    • YouTube Criteria: Must meet all of YouTube’s YPP acceptance requirements.
    • Monetization Compliance: You must adhere to YouTube’s monetization guidelines.
    • Monitoring: Channel must be registered with ANS Music’s email for monitoring purposes.

Maintenance: Monthly Activity Requirements

To remain partnered, you must perform at least two (2) of the following activities per month:

• Upload and publish a video.

• Perform a live stream.

• Post a Short (Reel).

• Create a playlist.

• Create a Community Post.

• Comment as the Channel Owner.

⚠️ Copyright Strike and Compliance Policy

  • • One Strike: Immediate unlinking and holding of upcoming revenue (if not countered).
  • • Policy Violations: Manipulating monetization (improper intros/outros) or purchasing third-party placements is strictly prohibited.
  • • Penalties: Violations may lead to Content ID removal and legal action/fines.

💰 Fees & Payment Terms

Revenue Share

  • ► ANS Music retains a 25% revenue share from gross YouTube earnings.
  • ► Negotiable rates may be offered for high-earning channels.

Payment Terms

  • • Cycle: Two-month cycle (e.g., Jan earnings paid in Mar).
  • • Method: Payments made via bank transfer only.
  • • Threshold: Minimum payout is $50 USD.
  • • Taxes: Channel owner is responsible for all applicable taxes and VAT.

🛑 Termination & Unlinking Policy

  • ANS Music Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to unlink your channel immediately for violation of any terms or YouTube policies.
  • Channel Owner Unlinking: Requires 2-month prior written notice before the terms end date.
  • Legal Action: Violation of terms may result in legal action and compensation fines.
